Hi Sharon, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. I am very sorry to hear that you had to pay that UPS brokerage fee. Normally, the $15 shipping and handling fee covers the customs and fees shipping to Canada. This money is going to UPS, not us. Last week we learned that UPS was charging this fee to our Canadian customers, once we found out about this we stopped using them as our carrier to Canada. I am very sorry this happened to you and you had to pay that extra fee for your order. I can say with complete certainty that if you were to place another order from us, you would not have to pay another fee like that. Hi Kevin, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. We always love to get feedback from customers and use that to improve ourselves. Right now there is no distributor in Canada, but I am glad to say that once we learned UPS was charging this brokerage fee. We stopped using them as our carrier to Canada. All order to CA will ship USPS. Your future orders with us will absolutely not have that fee. We love our Canadian customers and value your business! Thanks again for the review and your order!
