I was waiting for my order, placed on May 12, 2012, to arrive and after a couple of weeks went by, I sent an email to follow up. No response. I sent a second email. No response. I then found the toll free phone number and made a call - to learn that the order had never been shipped. They apparently printed out a label but it never made it to shipping. So now, it has been almost a month and I have to wait another week or more for delivery. This is very disappointing.

i don't think a full review is possible i've only taken the product that i ordered for 1 week. but i did see other things in which i might be interested in the info you sent.

I like the tablets and the price yet they took too long to get to me due to purehealth being behind on their shipments. I later found the same tablets for $9.99 at Walmart...

Placed order and did not receive in a timely manner. Sent an e-mail to inquire about order but never got a response. Items arrived several days later.

I placed an order and received and email stating that it had been placed. After a few weeks, I tried to track it. There was nothing there. I tried to call but could not get through. I emailed twice. I never received any response. After a month, I thought that it was not going to come. I thought maybe the order had been messed up somehow. Imagine my surprise when after a month my card was finally charged and the order came. I was never able to track the order or find out the status of the order. If was something that was back ordered that would have been nice to know. There was nothing. There was no contact in any way. I do not think I will order again if this is how it is going to be every time.

I was nervous and frustrated after placing my order AND THEN reading these reviews and how long the orders took...but that being said, I'm taking the green coffee bean capsules and still exercising and eating healthy and have noted some weight loss after only 5 days! Weight loss that has eluded me for years being only the final 10 pounds that I want to lose. So there, I think they work and if you can wait the 3 to 4 weeks it takes it's worth it!

I placed my order and kept seeing that it was ordered, but could not see anything about shipped. After 10 days, I sent an email requesting a status update, but have never heard a response from the company. I did finally receive the product about 3 weeks after I ordered it.

It took over 4 weeks to receive, and I kept sending emails asking when my product would arrive.. I have never received a response. it should have been here in less than 2 weeks. I thought they had just took the money and run.
