On July 10th, we actually refunded your money back to your Mastercard ending in 7210. You can try Walmart.com for our products, they may be able to ship to you in Singapore. Hi Sherri, I was very sorry to read that you were gaining weight while taking the supplement. If you changed up the dosage or regiment in anyway, that can affect the way the supplement works. The capsules are exactly the same formula as they have always been. We have not changed things with the Green Coffee Extract in any way. Hi Todd, I was very sorry to read your review of Pure Health. The Green Coffee Bean Extract is an amazing weight loss supplement. However, it is not a miracle drug. The people who are having the best results from taking it are on the regiment for well over two weeks. The individuals featured in the Dr. Oz segment were on the Green Coffee Bean Extract for nearly 22 weeks. I know it is frustrating to expect weight loss results and not receive them. But the health benefits of the Green Coffee Bean alone make it one of the best things you can put into your body. Sincerly, Brent

Hi Stephanie, I was very sorry to hear that your bottle did not contain all 30 capsules. There must have been a slight error in the manufacturing of that particular bottle. Occasionally a bottle will be few capsules short. But 99% they have all 30 capsules. What I will do is just send you a brand new bottle on us. Hi Gayle, I was very sorry to read that you were not happy with your results from the Green Coffee Bean Extract. I know it can be frustrating to expect weight loss and not to see any when so many others are. The people featured on Dr. Oz were on the supplement for 22 weeks. It took them a long time before they experienced any weight loss. And the Green Coffee Extract is no miracle pill. Every person responds diffrently to the supplement. A few people may just feel the amazing health benefits of the Green Coffee Bean alone, with no weight loss. Again, I was sorry to hear that you were not happy with the results of the supplement. Hi Nadia, I was very sorry to read about your experience with our company. The Green Coffee Bean is a very wonderful supplement for your body. The health benefits alone make it something that you would want to continue taking. I was very sorry to read that you were frustrated with your weight loss so far. I can only say that the suppliment does aid in weight loss, but it is not a miracle pill. The Green Coffee Extract has not worked for a few people. The people featured in the Dr. Oz study were on the suppliment for 22 weeks. I know that you expected to start seeing immediate weight loss like other people, but everyone responds differently to the regiment.
