We appreciate customers who do their homework and realize our products have great value and we do have higher dosages on many of our products on the market! Especially our Raspberry Ketones as most companies offer 100mg or 250mg capsules instead of our 400mg and ours are 100% pure with no additives, fillers, or binders! Hi Holly, Thank you for taking the time to review Pure Health, we sure appreciate it! Congratulations on your hard work of losing 25 pounds! Our Raspberry Ketones are awesome - I sometimes just add them to my water and take them that way! They don't disolve 100% because we don't put binders in our products, but my water sure tastes good! Normally, shipping time is about 5-7 business days, unless the order is placed on Friday, as it doesn't ship out until Monday. We look forward to hearing from you again soon! Dorene Pure Health
