hard to get ahold of on the phone, never could! tryed very many times. Internet ordering was very difficult, but I had to try your product from good recomendations. We will see!! Also cannot except Terms and Conditions if I don't know what they are !!!

I think it is important to tell your customers that a 30 capsule bottle is only good for 10 days if you follow the directions on the bottle. Why not have a size that is a month's supply? That would be more environmentally responsible.

Ordered two bottles of the green coffee bean extract-great product just took almost 3 weeks to receive it! And with no phone number for any contact everything is done vial email with no responses to emails i sent requesting status until they actually shipped it almost 3 weeks after ordering

I ordered from your company. It took a month to receive my purchase, but I was understanding as this product was on the Dr. Oz Show and your company had a huge demand for this product. I sent a few emails out concerning my order. The date they told me that I ordered was incorrect. When I checked my account I was charged on that date, but was also charged on the date that I knew I had placed my order. I wrote back very concerned since I had placed only one order, but was charged twice. They promised to credit me for the second charge, which they did, and in the meantime I received my original order. So, I am pleased with how it all turned out. Although, I haven't seen any results with the product yet...but I guess that is not the fault of PureHealth.

NICE WEB SITE, GOOD SHIPPING. NO INFO PRVIDED FOR ITEMS NOT IN STOCK, NO RESPONSE TO PHONE OR EMAIL REGARDING SHIPPING OR WHEN AVAILABLE

I went on Pure Health website to purchase a few items. Their selection is good and they have good prices. I ordered on the 21st of May. After 6 days I had not received my order and I checked with their site. It seems that it did not ship for 8 DAYS!! When I sent an email to their cs dept their explanation was that they were back-logged and it was not their problem. MY problem was that I was going on vacation and would have like to have had my order prior to my trip. I could not understand why it took so many days to complete my order and the cs rep that replied did not seem to care about my unhappiness. She basically said, "There is nothing we can do about it." In other words, "I don't care about customer service" While I might look around for another site to purchase the same products, I am sure that this is not normal procedure for Pure Health. But I won't know for sure until I reorder. I can assure you that if this happens again I won't reorder.

I would recommend this product. I think the price is right, I just didn't like waiting 5 weeks for delivery!

I love the product but it took 2 week + to receive the same.
