I placed my order on May 17,2012 and today is June 07,2012, I do not have my order. I have called customer service at 1-888-323-9355 and left my phone #,name & confirmation # for someone to call me and no one has.

I paid for my order and recieved notice you got my order and payment.Then the wait began.After a week I tried to call you but your mailbox was full. I then emailed you. Finally I get one back stating my item was back-ordered and orders will be filled by such and such date.By then it was 2 weeks and I didn't know if you took off with my money. I would suggest that when an item is back-ordered you immediately send an email to your customers informing them of the back-order,or better yet ....when the order is placed inform them it is on back-order and give them the choice of ordering at that time.

You can buy it at walmart for 10!

I placed an order and nothing happened. Went to the web site to find out if anything was going on and there seemed to be no action. I sent an E-mail asking for further input as to when the order might be processed. Never heard back. I then cancelled the order and have still heard nothing.

I just received my supplies just last week. I just want to know why is it so hard to reach when I wanted to reach someone regarding a follow-up my order. So, I have been on my products since I received them. So, it hard to say whether it is working or not. I hope, so.

I entered order and kept checking on line to see status that never changed. I emailed 2 times to get a status update. No response. I then emailed them and asked them to cancel my order. No response again. Then I get a an email to write a review. At that point I checked the status. 5 days after I asked them to cancel the order they shipped the order. I hope I like the product

It took a long time to get my order and when I emailed them about it I got no reply. Will think long and hard before I order from them again. Not to say I won't but never say never. Did not think they had good service.

I ordered this product and after two weeks and not receiving my product, I started a dispute with paypal to resolve it. I wanted my money back..a few days after starting a dispute, I escalated it to a claim, and a few days later, I received my product. I would not purchase from this company again.
