Hi Alan, Thank you so much for your recent review of Pure Health. I was very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our shipping time to Canada. It does normally take between 10 and 14 business days for packages to make it to Canada. We have to send them USPS. Our previous carrier to CA was UPS, but they were charging our customers a COD brokerage fee. Sending the package USPS eliminates that fee. Again, I am very sorry about your wait. The whole order process was quick and easy. I received my product withen a week and I was very much satisfied. I would have gave them 5-stars but when I received the email with the confirmation number to check the package, it wasn't working. So I had to call customer service to track my order and they were very attentive and helped me track it. Instead of having me on hold, waiting, they told me that they would call me back and they actually did. (usually I'm the one calling the company back to follow up). They told me exactly when I would receive my order and it came just as they said. Thanks!

My doctor recommended I take this while weening off a prescription diet pill, and it's worked well. Keeps me from eating everything in my house - but definitely have to take the second dose later in the day. Better than the other stuff you get a GNC that gives you the shakes. This was more of a steady increase in focus/decrease in appetite.

Great customer service! When my first order arrived, it was the wrong item. I emailed PureHealth and that same afternoon received not only a personal response to my email, but was also provided with a solution. I didn't have to call or wait an extra day, the correct product was shipped out that day! I really appreciated the prompt response from a person! and not an automatically generated email telling me that "someone would get back to me". It was fantastic. Even though I had recieved the wrong product initially, I was so pleased with the resolution of the problem that I will continue to purchase supplements from PureHealth.

Had a little trouble getting an order delivered in, which should have been a week, but turned out to be a month, because of a mix up. I emailed customer service, and she worked with me until it was resolved and offered to be "a personal assitant" on my future purchases! That in itself meant a lot to whether I purchased from them again. I haven't had a problem since, and I have researched these products through other sites and brick & mortar stores, and haven't found the same purity of product as Pure Health's.

I watched Dr Oz and he highly recommended Raspberry Ketones to help with Belly Fat. Well, I tried it and it did nothing for me. I don't know if I used a generic brand of Raspberry Ketones or it just didn't work for me!!
