I emailed three times and never received an email back, I didn't even know my item had shipped until it was in my mail box. This was by far the worst online shopping experience that I have had.

Ordered 2 bottles of coffee bean extract on 5/19. Received on 6/8. I understand they might have been overwhelmed with orders after Dr. Oz, but they could have at least communicated this to me and other customers. The phone is never answered nor emails returned. I can deal with delays or other problems but please just let me know where i stand with my order. If you had of told me 4-6 weeks i would have been perfectly happy. After 2 weeks and seeing horrible reviews on TP and rippoff report i filed 3 claims. Paypal/BBB/FBI internet crimes. All of this could have been avoided if I had my call answered or email returned! Now today, a day after i get my order i get a duplicate order! No note attached so not sure if this is compensation for all the trouble or just terrible shipping on their part??

Found same thing at Walmart for less.

The product worked very well, however I received an empty sealed bottle and trying to get a replacement was impsossible. The phone number went to a full mail box and emails were never answered. I will never do business with them again.

The company's customer service telephone line was down for over a week and I could not contact Pure Health. I had no insight into my order status, whether the order had been shipped, when it would arrive, etc. When I finally reached them, I found their explanations offered to be unconvincing. The product finally arrived 3 weeks after I placed the order. It remains to be seen how good the product is but I sincerely hope that the quality of the customer service is not a reflection of the quality of the product.

I placed an order on May 18th and the site said it shipped on May 29th however there was no tracking number listed. I left a message today June 8th and still no response and I still haven't received my order. I consider this way too long to wait for an order and poor customer service.

I didn't receive my order for three weeks. Only after I sent an unanswered email to find out what was going on did my account show items sent. I think I will look for similar products at local health food stores since I wasn't satisfied with Pure Health.
