I placed my order on May 5th and when three weeks had passed I tried to call to get information on my order and customer service rep. was polite but not very helpful all she could tell me is alot of orders were shipped out the past weekend and she was unable to look up my order to provide me status because the computers were down and not expected to be available until maybe the next couple of days.

It took way too long to receive order. When I tried to check on my order on line using the confirmation number, I got the message that number wasn't in the system. Left me wondering if they even had my order. They did not respond to e-mails and the telephone wasn't answered.

Maybe they were overwhelmed with orders. But I ordered 3 bottles of the green coffee extract and received only 2 but was charged for 3. I e-mailed but received no response. I called repeatedly but got a message that the voice mailbox was full. On one occasion I was able to leave a message and I did receive a call back several days later. Unfortunately I wasn't home to pick up the call and the person leaving me a message seemed very confused about why I had called and left a complaint. She then left me the same phone number to call that has the voice mailbox that is always full. After several more attempts to leave a message I finally just had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I'm sorry to say I won't be ordering any more products from this company.

It took over a month to receive my pills and everytime I called a different person would tell me that it was shipped on a different day then the last person told me. During that month of waiting I saw the exact same pills from the same company at Walmart for $9.98. Could of saved time and money by buying them there.

Once I ordered the products, I never heard anything until I recieved it 3 weeks. No explaination about any delay. I e-mailed Pure Health, no response. I tried calling, the phone number was no good. I called again using the same number and finally found out what was going on.

The product is fine as far as I can tell. Shipping was VERY SLOW. Emailed to find out when my order was shipping, never received a response. Called also and the phone just rang. Then wonday weeks later my order arrived.

I ordered two items in May. Two weeks had passed and I had received nothing. I e-mailed the company to find out my order status (website offers no information). Never received a response. About two weeks after that, my order finally arrived. Waiting 4 weeks to receive items is a ridiculously long time. Not being able to determine order status is very frustrating. While I like Pure Health products, I'm not crazy about their customer service. I'm unlikely to order from them again, unless I have a month to spend waiting to receive my order.

I placed my order the first week of May. I did not receive my order until the end of May! I attempted to e-mail the company and received no response. I attempted to call the company several times. The first time I was connected to a recording that said they were behind in fulfilling their order but expected to be caught up by the weekend. Two more weeks went by before my order was delivered. I attempted to call the customer service number on several other occasions and was not able to get through - not even to a recording. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service of this company. I cannot review the product as of yet because I just started using it due to the delay in delivery.
