Great products, Service just OK
I did receive my order and I was happy with the products, but after an initial Order Confirmation, I did not receive any tracking information. My order took a month to arrive - I had no idea if this was the norm as nothing in the confirmation noted estimated delivery time. I emailed the company more than once but never received a response.

Hi Lori, I see that your order for the Pure Red Raspberry and the Pure Green Coffee Beans was placed at the beginning of May and was delivered to you at the beginning of June. I apologize that it took so long, but I can tell you that we are finally back to our normal order-to-ship times after being featured on the Dr. Oz show in April. Our Current ship times are 1-2 days for your order to process, then 3-5 days for your order to ship. These times aren't including weekends.
