I can only say that or the past few week we have been inundated with call and emails for your newest product Green Coffee Bean with Svetol.

not worth it
After using this product for 3 weeks I lost nothing not even one ounce, I did some exercise on my stationary bike, hand weights, even walking in place while I watched TV. very disappointed. All I want is to lose 20 pounds and seems nothing is helping. Oh yeah I orered the product was supposed to recieve two for the price of one and only recieved one, not two bottles. What a rip off!!

Whats up?
My sister and I ordered Green Bean Extract the same day, online. We ordered each order separately. I ordered 2 bottles and she also ordered 2 bottles and when we each received them, at two separate addresses, they sent us both 1 bottle instead of two? This CANNOT be a coincidence. What kind of a scam is this? They sure CHARGED us for two bottles.
If I even receive the extra bottle they owe us neither one of us will EVER order from this company again.
They lost our business and I will tell my friends and relatives both to NOT order from this company. Because of their poor customer service relationship they have lost an excellent future shopper.

Do Yourself A Favor and Avoid This Company
On 9/10/12, I placed an order online with Pure Health. I received an email on 9/11/12 notifying me that my order had been shipped, along with tracking information. I was impressed with the quick shipping, so I placed another order on 9/11/12. I received a shipping notification for that order on 9/12/12. I tried tracking the first package on 9/13/12, but the tracking information said that it wasn't available. So, I waited another day & tried again, with the same result. I tried yet again on 9/14/12 to track the package using the tracking info that I received, but no luck. Tried again on 9/15/12, 9/16/12, and 9/17/12 and still, no tracking information was found on the USPS web site. I called the company & they told me that in fact my package wasn't shipped until 9/14/12, but assured me that it would be trackable within 24 hours. Well, 24 hours later, still not able to track the package that was alleged to have been shipped 3 days before. I waited another day & after STILL not receiveng my order or even being ablr to track it, I called the comapny again. I was then told that they had been innundated with orders (apparently an excuse they use quite often) & my package was shipped out on 9/17/12 and that it would DEFINITELY be trackable by the next day... Well, 9/18/12 and no package & still not trackable on the USPS web site. I called the company again and was told that they were having trouble with the shipper, but again ASSURED me that within 24 hours, the package would be trackable. I knew they were full of crap, because if a package had actually been put into the USPS system when they originally said it was, it would have shown some sort of origin scan. It's now 10 days since I placed my first order, and I'm still yet to receive what I ordered, or even see any proof that it's been shipped. It's quite clear that this company takes orders for products that they do not have, send out shipping notifications when they've shipped nothing, make all kinds of excuses for why customers don't receive the products, and lie about when the orders have been shipped out. I will soon be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges & warn them about the poor business practices of Pure Health 100.
9/24/12: Really Brent??? Really?? Well, it's now almost 2 weeks since I placed my order on 9/11/12 and the tracking information still shows NOTHING for that order, despite my credit card being charged.. You can make all the bogus claims of being slammed with orders, blame it on UPS, etc., but the fact is that if you can't handle the volume of orders that you claim you've gotten, then you shouldn't be offering products that you can't get shipped in a timely fashion. Looks like this is nothing but another case of a fly by night operator trying to cash in on something that was touted on the Dr. Oz show.

First let me say how sorry I am for any confusion with our email system. The reason you received those fast emails after you placed both your orders is because that was when we printed your ups shipping label. We are getting hundreds of thousands of orders everyday and the only way a small business like Pure Health can process massive volumes of orders, that occur after a Dr. OZ broadcast, is to print everything and then pack later. That is why you received emails when in-fact your order did not ship until the 14th.
We ship your package UPS mail innovations. UPS is responsible for the transportation of your package to your local post office, who then delivery it with your mail. We included a link to USPS.com with your tracking number. That does not show any updated information until your package arrives at a US. Post Office in your neighborhood.
Again,I am very sorry that you felt we were being anything other than straight forward about your purchase. There was a huge influx of orders last week and we were enundated with calls and emails for order. But your order was shipped and I hope that in the future you will continue to buy your supplements from us. Our Green Coffee Bean with Svetol is an amazing product. Thank you for your order.

I watched Dr. Oz's new show today, and he said it is not a stimulant. I have been taking it for a month and have had no side effects at all unfortunately that also includes I am not skinny yet, but I did not expect that, I am just a little upset and suspicious that the very day Dr. Oz's new show came out to warn not to buy a product unless it said it contained SVETOL & GCA that they are now selling it with a new lable saying it now contains it. I just want an upfront answer from them if that meant there older (sold right up to yesterday and apparently still) has the same efficacy as the new product, did they just change the label? Is it all smoke & Mirrors? You can't trust anybody it seems.

The Svetol product is a new development for us, it has been in the works for a while. We are not affiliated with Dr. Oz in anyway.
