No product has arrived two weeks later. Have called for a week and what a surprise, no answer and the mailbox is full. Not a surprise they already have taken payment on day one.

I can't give an honest opinion on the product because it has been 3 weeks since i ordered and still have not received the product. I paid with paypal so i guess i will have to file a claim. I am beginning to think this company is fraudulent. Quess i should have checked them out before ordering.

Placed order September 11. My credit card was charged on the 12th. I received an email on the 13th saying that the product had shipped. I called on the 18th because I had not received product and I was told that the email on the 13th was sent in error and it was actually shipped on the 17th. So today is the 21st I do not have any product. I live in California and it is being shipped from Texas so it should not take that long. The tracking number is not valid. Is this a scam or lousy customer service?

I place my order on 04/28/2012. Total 66.00. Called company on 05/09/2012. After third call got a person on line. She check order # told me it might be shipped on Thursday. Then it will be another 3-5 days before I get it. I asked to talk with a supervisor. She took my number. No call back. The money was out of my account the very same day!!!! Will look for another company that cares about repeat business. ONE MONTH and STILL NO PRODUCT. I was told product will be or has been shipped. I WANT MY MONEY RETURN! #35822238CA

The only review I can give at this time is that I have yet to receive my order.

I placed an order on line April 30, 2012 and haven't recived it yet. Therefore my first impression, is this a scam or what. Where is my product, you have my money.

ORDERED ITEMS ON 4/26 HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. MY CARD WAS CHARGED, I TRIED TO CALL AND NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE.

Well where should I start. I placed the order on 4/27/2012 and still did not get it, not only that I paid by PayPal and do not have the order confirmation number, but my PayPal account was charged. I can not find out the confirmation number, I try to call over 30 times last week and left numeras messages, but NO ONE called back, I am not sure what to do yet, and I feel imberest, because I told all my friends about the site and they placed the orders as well, we are talking about over 44 orders and not one of them got there's yet and they were placed between 4/27- 4/30/2012. I am a distributor( how ever I did not order for distributing purposes) and I told about 100% natural Green Coffee bean to a 2 big company's, as well I promised to bring a sample to the store on Monday 05/14/2012, because it was promised to be shipped with in 3-7 days and tomorrow I have nothing to show them, so my reputation is going down as well. My suggestion to "Pure Health" does not have the product or the orders can not be for field in timely matter, then do not sell the product until you do not catch up or at least send an e-mail to the people that order and let them know when to expect there shipping and let us decide whether we would like to wait for a month or two for a shipping. Another thing I would suggest to Pure Health is to compensate there customers for waiting time. Now reading this replies from "Reply from Pure Health LLC" it seams that this is on Auto pilot as well, CRAZY. Shame on you PURE HEALTH. P.S.
