my credit card has been charged, however I have received no product and only an email on May 5 saying they are behind on filling the order at this time. No trouble charging my account though.

well, i just received my order on saturday, 12 May 2012. i have inquired about my order numerous times both by e mail and phone. the number you have lised for your customer service does not work. i received no reply to any of my e mails. in the interim i have expressed to my curious friends that i have ordered the coffee bean product but it looked like i was not going to receive it. they suggested i e mail and call you. they assumed i would receive a reply. i assured them i have tried to contact your customer service many times but have givein up, expecting i would not receive the product. adding, i will not make another such purchase. then when all is said and given up- i receive the product. given today's technology this type of the poorest customer service is inexcuseable. in seconds i should of had an answer. why do you list a phone number that no one answers. why do you list an e mail that no one will reply to. your company needs a reorganization. i won't buy from you again.

It's now been a month & I haven't received my order. I've written several emails to this company & they haven't had the decency nor respect to respond. I am extremely disappointed & flat out ANGRY !!!! I don't understand how a business could show such a lack of respect for it's customers.

I placed an ordered and didn't get email regarding the status of order until I asked if my order had been processed only to find out that in fact it had not been processed I would have appreciated letting me know right away that my order would not be filled until a later date don't wait until your customer asks where's my order????????

You guy's should not be in business

I ordered the Green Coffee Extract from Pure Health on 4/23, to treat my moderate Chrons. I had been ordering from a different website, but was drawn in by their lower prices and free shipping. Boy, was that a mistake. After never receiving any information about shipping, and immediate debit on my credit card, the first week of May I decided to email them asking questions and expressing I was NOT like the other impatient customers who were trying to use this product to lose weight, and received no response. I called, no response. I finally received some "well it's not our fault" email saying how busy they were and how they were understaffed, overworked, cry me a river, blah blah. I received my order yesterday May 12th. I would not recommend this company to anyone else or use it again. I would rather pay a few dollars more and deal with a professional company who still works under the philosophy the customer is always right, and doesn't take close to three weeks to ship a product. I expected some rectification like a 10% off promo code to use on a next order, but wasn't that surprised when there wasn't one.

Still haven't received my package and its about to be 2 weeks that I ordered it. Will never order from tis website again.

i ordered this two weeks ago and have sent emails requesting info on the status of my order..never heard a word!! the product may work..i'll never order from your site again.
