No responses to emails. Never received my order.

I have not received what I ordered and wondering why!!!

Placed order online on May 4. As of May 14, according to Pure Health web site order has not been processed. I was expecting to have my merchandise by now. I have tried to call (mailbox full) and email. No response from company. This is my first experience with this company so I have to say I am disappointed.

So far my experience sucks with pure health. I placed my order over 10 days ago and it has not shipped yet. My account has been debited but I have received no product. I ordered something from somewhere else the same day and received it 5 days later. I have tried to contact customer service and get automated system or constant busy signal. I will not be doing business with them again

I placed my order last month and still have not received it. Customer service will not answer calls or respond to emails.

I ordered the green coffee bean extract and it hasn't arrived. Then I look at my checking account and it says pending transaction which makes sense until they ship it, but I checked today and my amount went back to what it was before I ordered it as if I cancelled it or got a refund. I don't understand.

I usually order on line because it saves me time. In this instance, I ordered a health supplement. One week later, I check the status of the order and it had not been shipped. Had I known this would have been the result, I would have ordered from another company in the first place. I decided to use another company. Because this is a product I will re-order on a regular basis, I will not use this company every again. I expect prompt delivery when I ordered this product. That certainly did not take place here.

The order was placed 10 days ago, and, although was almost immeciately charged to my card, there has been no confirmation/indication that the product has been shipped.
