I ordered the product May 4th and got a order confirmation with invoice but no tracking information. I never heard from you again so assume the product has not shipped. Then I sent a reply email on May 10th asking if the product shipped and got no response. Here it is May 14th and no further information from you now 10 days later. I have not received the order and have no idea when it will be shipped and no one is responding. Once I receive the product if I ever do I won't be back. If you charge my credit card and I don't have the product I will contest it with my credit card company.

No one answers your phone or emails. I placed an order on 5/4 and the money has not been taken out of my account nor an ETA on shipping. If I could cancel my order I would......but no one answers the phone.

I cannot comment one way or another until I receive this order... placed this order on 5/4/2012. On 5/13/2012 you asked for my opinion. I said I had not yet received the order. Today it is 5/21/2012 and I still have not received the order. I am now beyond annoyed.....

My husband and I ordered a supplement from Pure Health. It has been over 2 weeks since placing the order, the order has been paid for but the supplement has not arrived. I can understand waiting a week but over 2 weeks?!

I am very disappointed with this company and do not plan on ordering from them again. I ordered a product two weeks ago and it still has not even shipped.

I placed an order on 04/28 and my card was debited. Today is 05/14 and I have yet to receive the items I ordered. No one answers the customer service number (says "Mailbox is full".) I have sent email and one answer.
