I made a purchase on May 4 and I still haven't received my order...Thank you,

My Paypal account was charged immediately but three weeks later I still have not received the merchandise. I am very dissappointed and wondering if I have been scammed. At this point I would not recommend ordering from Pure Health LLC. I am not sure if they are even a real company.

I placed my order for a few products in April for a Mother's Day gift. Mother's Day just passed (May 13th) and I have not received my order. I called customer service only to hear a recording that the mailbox is full. This is unacceptable and I will not be doing business with Pure Health ever again.

I still have not received my order it's been over two week. I can't get through to the company to determine the issue.

I ordered on April 26. Still waiting. would be nice if I got an email once in a while letting me know what's going on.

I Have Placed to orders Never got a confirmation and couldnt get through customer service . the phone number said mailbox full and disconected me.

I bought couple of products on Pure Health and did not receive my shipment even after 10 days, when I called the customer service the representative said that they are behind on shipment and they would not ship it till end of the week, when I told her that they should have communicated via e-mail regarding the delay she said that they were behind on e-mail and they get 400 e-mails a day and she could not help me. If you plan to buy products from them please plan 1 month ahead of time.

I ordered my products on May 4 and still haven't seen them. That was 10 days ago. No follow up from company, no tracking number to follow up with. I feel my money was taken and nothing else mattered.
