Perhaps the product is back ordered, but the company should stay in touch. At this point I wouldn't use them again.

Going on 3 weeks now and no shipment or tracking number! I've tried several times to call the customer service number provided, but there's a recording stating the mailbox is full! I want my money back immediately!

Pure Health service is the worst I have ever seen My Rating is minus zero NO STARS . Still wait for an order placed on April 26,2012. No response by e-mail, No phone service, can't even get thru on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very quick to bill your credit card but not ship the product.The worst service I ever seen no contact from them at all. Don't waste your time.

...no product. No response to Email. I noticed a response to another buyer they are scheduled to get all orders out the week of the 7th. It is now the 14th....Has all the orders gone out? I haven't gotten mine. And I shipped to two friends and they haven't gotten them either. Where are the pills?

Ordered 4/28-as of 5/14 no ship-no answer phoneThey over estimate what they can do and therefore lie to people about shipments and do not fulfill them. I was told after 3 phone calls that my product would ship 5/9 at the latest. It is now 5/14 and it has not been shipped as per their web site. They have finally cancelled my order but have not refunded my money

I would love to give you a review based on your product but I haven't received my order yet. I placed an order on May 2. I just found out that my order won't ship until the 18th. This is definitely the last time I place an order with your company. I would rather pay for shipping and receive my order is a reasonable time period.
