HI Henry, I was very sorry to read your review of Pure Health. I did some checking on your order and I just wanted to make sure the rest of it got delivered. According to the tracking information for your 2nd package (9102969007164878629152). Your package was delivered on Oct. 5th. If that is not the case or if you have any other quesions you can always reach us by phone a 1888-3be-well or [email protected]. I was very sorry we could not get intouch with you about this. Hi Lindsay, I was very sorry to read about your experience with Pure Health. First let me explain the delay with your package. It normally takes us about 14 business days to get your package to Canada. After the dr. Oz program about green coffee bean aired, we were backed up for about 9 business days. That delay on top of the normal 14 business days was what took us so long to get your package to you. I just checked on it and according to your USPS tracking number (LN337354203US) the package is still enroute to you. I am very sorry for the confusion and delay getting this item to you.I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Again, I am very sorry about this. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. And we should have responded to your emails, we respond to everyone and that is unacceptable that we did not respond to you. Hi Ena, I was very sorry to read your recent review of Pure Health. Let me explain the delay with your order. It normally takes us about 14 business days to get your package to you in Canada. After the dr. Oz program about green coffee bean aired, we were backed up for about 7 days. That delay on top of the normal 14 business days was what took us so long to get your package to you. I am very sorry about this, we never expected the volume of orders we have received after Dr. Oz.I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Hi John, I was very sorry to read your review of Pure Health. Let me explain about your package. We bill your card when we print your shipping label. You placed your order on the 10th, on the 11th of September we received 80,0000 orders after Dr. Oz did a show about one of our products. That volume of orders slowed our normal shipping time down. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. I am very sorry about this and normally we bill you and print your label, the day your package ships out.
