i cant write one i never got my order

I placed my order on 4/27/12 and of today (5/14/12) I have not received my order. What should I think of your service?

I have tried calling your customer service dept and have left messages(s) and have not gotten a call back. I now get a survey on your customer service and I have not gotten my product or a call back. Really? I actually have place a second order just days after placing the first and have not heard a peep about that either? PLEASE CALL ME @ 502-303-2120 so we can resolve this.

I never received the product it said 5-7 days it's been 3 weeks and not one notice or anything

I ordered product on April 27, 2012. It is now May 14th and I have yet to receive my order. I've call 4 times, left voice messages and 2 or 3 emails over the last 1 1/2 weeks with no response. The answering machine said they would reply within 24 hours, but have not. Of course, I am very concerned. I have no idea what is going on. Are they backordered? No idea. Scam? No idea. When will I receive my order? No idea, because they don't reply.

I am not able ot reach anyone to talk to. This is my last resort. My order was placed on April 6th and never received. There is no tracking information. Where is my order?

This was my first and will be my last order I have been trying to call and your line is always busy I guess with unhappy customers.
