I placed an order on April 26, 2012. On May 3, I received an automated email from the company, saying that they were overwhelmed with orders, but assured me that the product was in stock, and they were working around the clock to get the orders shipped. They asked that I allow 14 days from the date I ordered to receive the order. Fourteen days came and went four days ago, and I have yet to receive the order, nor have I received the tracking number they said I would get when my order was shipped. Now, they have quit responding to emails, and when I try and call, the phone rings forever, and then it says 'mailbox is full', and hangs up on me. Their website still says the product is in stock, and they are still taking people's money. If they could not fill the orders they have, why are they still selling? I fear this is a scam. I will be contacting my bank in the morning to see how I can go about getting a refund. DO NOT TRUST PURE HEALTH!

I thought it was cancel.

I am upset with customer service and getting the product in a timely manner. Still waiting......

I did not receive the product. I understand you are overwhelmed but that is no excuse. You should have been ready for the orders no matter what. Now you should give away free items to try and compensate.

Placed my order two weeks ago and haven't received anything or heard from this company. I tried to call customer service and get "MAIL BOX IS FULL". I believe I got ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After reading all the reviews I'm skeptical now about ever receiving my order . I too have called the number and all I get is the mailbox is full. I maybe should have read all the reviews before placing my order. Also read they do not take payment until order is shipped....well my money was taken but no one answers the number to tell me if is been shipped. I too have been calling and it rings weird. I have emailed the emails where Stacy says on other comments to email her at and still no response to know where my product is. Never again will I order from this company but yet they sure did take my money!!

I have written this Company on several occasions trying to get a status on my order. To date I have only gotten a generic email full of excuses. How dare I ask for any kind of status after "only 18 days" with no word! I am filing a formal complaint and will open a case at PAYPAL Resolution Ctr. Kinda funny - they had no problem excepting my money. Thank God for PAYPAL protection
