I ordered the Green coffee bean extract right after Dr. Oz show aired and have heard nothing back from the company until today. Nancy from Pure Health said they dont take your money from your account until it ships if you use a credit card, but, they took it out immediately and my product still hasnt even shipped and I Dont know when it will ship. My order was placed over two weeks ago.

I AM SO UPSET - WHY WOULD YOU TAKE MY MONEY AND NOT SHIP MY PRODUCT??? I DONT CARE HOW BUSY YOU ARE - YOU SHOULD NOT EXPECT TO GET PAID UNTIL YOU SHIP. I placed my order with Pure Health on 4/27/12. Today is 5/14/12, and I have not yet received my order, I cannot track my order because the confirmation number shows to be untrackable, I cannot get through on their main phone number because I get a recording stating that this number is "unavailable" and I cannot get a response from the emails I sent to them. I'm beginning to wonder if this company actually exists, and if it does, why won't they contact me? IF I ever receive my order, I definitely will NOT order from them again!!

you took payment in full for product and now say that you will not ship till later. granted, you have an excuse for the late shipment but you should either ship now or refund the full payment and then request payment when you have product to sell. do not take payment if you have nothing to sell. sincerely: fern haynes

Terrible! You have taken my money and I have not received the product I ordered. I have placed two emails and no response, have called your number listed on your website and the call won't go through. Now you have the nerve to send me a survey! Where is my product! Shame on you for such for taking advantage of people!

Ordered some Green Coffee Extract on 5/4/2012, have not rec'd my order as of 5:00pm on May 14, 2012?????? Went on line to query customer service, screen showed order rec'd and noything else, called the 800 # and got a recording that the mail box was full??????
