I thought very hard if I should write a review. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but all I have read/heard is excuses. This company hasn't responded to emails or voice mails and forget about getting somebody to actually answer the phone because it WILL NOT happen. Instead all you get is a recording. I paid for a product 3 weeks ago and STILL have nothing! I've had enough of the excuses...instead of being grateful for the buisness they have received from the dr oz show they use it as an excuse. Getting a refund is impossible as well since there is nobody to talk to and all emails they respond with are generic.

I ordered green coffee beans. Never received product and received no call back when I called and left message. Poor customer service. I'm afraid my credit card info will be compromised.

Hang in there everyone, I just got my order Saturday, I know I was frustrated about the wait, The company was overwhelmed with the number of orders, they didn't have good communication about the order status, I believe they have learned a great lesson. Now I just pray it works as well as we were told.

NEVER got what I ordered. Ordered on 4/27/12. Now 5/14/12. Company customer service NOVER answered my e-mails or my calls. Their mail box is ALWAYS "full". I reported them with the BBB of Las Vegas. RUN, do not walk, away from this "company".

I placed an order with this company, paid them through PayPal, received an order confirmation, and I still have o idea if I will ever receive the products. I have called the company. The first time I called I received a "mailbox full" message. The second call I received a recorded message stating "orders will be shipped in 3 to 10 days.". I sent an email request to the company which went unanswered. In one more week, I will file a complaint with PayPal and attempt a refund.

I placed and order on-line to Pure Health on the 28th of April and today(May 15th) I have not recieved the order. I have sent three emails requesting a send date for the send off and all I have gotten was one response telling me that it may take 3-10 ten days from the date of the order for them to ship the order out. I have given up trying to get a response from the company via email. Prior to giving up I had sent an email questioning whether or not they are actually legitamate or not and they have not responded. So I'm now unsure if my credit card has been scammed and I should cancel the card to protect my self. I have called my credit card company on three different occasions since making the order to check if any new billing has been placed on my credit card just for piece of mind. These are the kind of things that gives a person a lack of confindence when attempting to shop on-line. As of today I'm still waiting and I may or may not get another email from this company telling me to be patient. I belive I have been patient and they have not acted as though they could care less about customer satisfaction.

Items never arrived. They Do not answer their phones. Whole site is a scam!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE>
