could not find

Placed order on 4/28/12. As of today 5/14 I still have not received it. When I inquired about my order over a week ago I recieved a form email asking me to be patient due to the ovewhelming orders. I haven't even had a follow up or update since then. I emailed them today and asked to cancel the order. I found the stuff somewhere else and it was sent out and delivered in 3 days. If I am charged for my nonexistent order I'll be taking it up with my credit card company. Will not attempt to order from these people again.

I order my product on May 6,2012, it is now May 14, 2012. I called to to check on my product and no one answers the phone. Please do not purchase anything from this company.

I normally order a supplement from another online store, but they were sold out this time (I did not know that it was mentioned just before on Dr. Oz!)...Pure Health knew that but advertised they had it in stock! It has been 12 days now with no word about my order and the 800 number just rings and says the mailbox is full...obviously I am not the only one who wants an answer! I have no trust in this company!

NEVER GOT AND THEY DON'T RESPOND TO EMAIL

Still don't have my order Has taken way too long so I probably wont buy from you in the future. Still don't have it & am getting angry

Have not received order placed over 2 wks ago. Voice mailbox is full when calling customer service. No response to email. I will not order anything from this company again unless they respond with a valid explanation and ship my order to me.

I ordered coffee bean extract 2 weeks ago and have not received it yet and am not sure what is going on with the order.
