Hi Angie, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. We always love feedback from our customers. To answer your question, the people who are losing the amazing amount of weight are sticking to the suggested regiment religously. Two capsules with breakfast and lunch. 30 minutes before the meals with a large glass of water. The people who were featured on Dr. Oz were doing this for 22 weeks. I have spoken to people who are getting results after a few days, and other like who who have not had that type of success. I would just stick with it and don't deviate from the regiment.
