My first order took weeks to deliver. I can get 90 caps of Green Coffee Bean Extract for almost the same price I pay for a competitor's product. A TV endorsement doesn't justify the price differential.

It's only been three weeks since I've started taking this product. I workout four times a week. My appetite has not changed, it seems as if I was not taking anything at all. I'm not sure if it's that I haven't been taking it long enough, but I've yet to see any difference in weight loss or appetite.

Hi Idellia, We really appreciate your order. I understand that it’s been a while since you’ve contacted us, but we are doing everything we can to follow up with everyone who’s ordered with us during our busiest time. There are a few different ways you can take the Pure Green Coffee Bean. The suggested dose on the bottle says 2 capsules (400mg) one or more times at least 30 minutes before meals.. Most of the customers that I've spoken with have followed the suggestion that Dr. Oz made on his show which is 4 capsules a day (1600mg) and are having success. Some are even taking 6 a day! I recently ordered quite a bit amount of their product but it took literally 1month to shipped to me and their customer service was impossible to contact. Also, their product quality seems Inconsistence like the color of blackberry capsule changes often.

Our shipping process is all back to normal if you were to place another order with us. And about the color of the capsules. There is some variation in the color from batch to batch. The product Rasbery Ketones seems like a great product because of the purity and the fact that they are made only with one ingredient. I did not like the customer service.I called several times, stayed on hold for about 20 minutes and was then directed to leave a message. I left 2 messages and still have not receivd a call back. I then emailed customer service, got a response in 1 day, but the response did not answer any of my questions reguarding this product. I think if you're going to sell a poduct then your customer service should know all interactions to the product, over the counter and prescribed. I can not take the product I ordered, because I do not know if it will interact with my daily intake of magnesium. Product ok, I think, Customer service not so great.

I ordered the pure green coffee bean extract as seen on TV. The first week saw some results, but now after a month of use, I am where I was the first week. Just goes to show you that anything too good to be true, probably is.

If it were not for the Facebook page where I saw so very many complaints from others, I would have simply cancelled my order since I STILL have yet to hear from anyone in this company. I understand they were backed up on orders, but even a printed note in my order thanking me for my patience would have gone a long way. Will I ever order from them again? Not if I can find the same product somewhere else at a comparable price.
