I ordered the Green Coffee Beans on 4/29 and have YET to receive them!!! Fortunately, my account hasn't been charged, but I was extremely excited to try the beans and I so disappointed it has taken this long and that I've received nothing more than a Constant Contact email telling me to be patient...

I did a Google search to see if there were any other issues with Pure Health and I came to this site. I am so disappointed. I, too, placed an order for the green coffee bean extract on May 1st and it's now the 15th and I have yet to receive my product. I have email the company three times and I never received a response and I have tried the 888 phone number provided through the website and all I get is a recording that says "the mailbox is full" - nobody even attempts to answer the phone and evidentally they don't check their voicemail either. My funds were taken out of my account immediately because I used PayPal...I am in the process of seeing what else can be done because this is totally unacceptable...a company cannot get away with this and just post "we are overwelmed with orders" -

I have tried several times to contact you, either by phone or by email. I have received no replies to my emails , nor from the phone calls I made since your voice mail box on the only number I have access to is full. I would rate the product I have ordered, I still have not received it.

I ordered two bottles of the green coffee bean extract on May 5, 2012, im still waiting, waiting, waiting with no response from PURE HEALTH LLC....where is my order!...Im very upset..if their not going to send my order..then why did you take my money!..I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I didn't receive my order and have not gotten a response to my email asking for status. The 800 # rings and rings and says that the mail box is full. I tried tracking my order online and my invoice and confirmation #s do not pull anything up.
