You have charged my credit card and I have not as of yet even received the product. SO far your horrilble

word of advice if you call at least 24 times someone will pick up lie that they have the pills in stock and give you a crazy date in the near future that you might receive their product. I placed my order on April 30th. Since i placed my order i have not been able to get in contact with anyone at the company for over 12 days until today. Due to this I've canceled the product and will never order from this company again. The rep i spoke with in texas had no knowledge of the product and blamed it on the fact she worked in the field. Hmmm. Sounds a little odd to me. I'm in the process of filing with the BBB. Plus the rep was very unprofessional and had an attitude. This was the worst experience I've had ordering online. Remember to call over and over again to speak to someone to cancel your order its the only way to get a refund. Thanks

Let's see my order was placed 5/4/12 today is 5/15/12 and there is no sign that my order has been shipped! My payment was taken out of pay pal within minutes of order placement. I call the number provided and it just rings and rings and then states that mailbox is full and then rings more and repeats the same thing. BBB will be hearing from me and I'm sure 1000's more due to the nature of your scam service and you will be shut down!

It has been two weeks and its still not sent out. I try to call and the mail box is full. No answer. I am mad and will call my credit card and cancel. Poor customer service to treat us like this. I would never use this company again.

I ordered my product some time ago - MAY 3rd and still dont have it!!! I sent an email to the address in my "Confirmation of order placed" and asked WHERE IS IT? and STILL no response and it is STILL NOT HERE...Been 36 Hrs and still not 1 email with information in this. Wonder if this is a scam? Very disappointed! Customer service is very awful, they charged my card quick enough. Why cant they ship it or even answer my inquiry as fast!?

I ordered 3 bottles on May 1st, now it's May 15th and they still haven't been shipped! I e-mailed the company over a week ago, no response! I've tried calling them several times, all I get is "Call cannot be completed at this time" or a full voicemail box. From more recent reviews this month as well it has come to my attentions that this company is a SCAM!

I never received my order or a phone call or email saying it wasn't coming or that it had been delayed.

I have not recieved the order yet (placed on 5/7/12) therefore cannot rate.
