Ordered a product - they accepted my order but can't ship. It's been over 3 weeks. Can't get a status or a ship date!!!

Very unhappy with customer service

I ordered this product 2 weeks ago, still waiting

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago when I thought the product was in stock. Unfortunately, either the website was not truthful, the company can't handle numerous orders or it's a sham. I'm just about to make an order with a different company and disute this order with my bank. BUYER BEWARE!!! DON'T GET TAKEN!!!

There never seems to be anyone working in the customer service department because no one answers the phone! I placed an order 11 days ago and the order has not shipped and there has been no update about when the item will be shipped. When I try to contact someone, no one will answer the phone or respond by email. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still has NOT shipped.

I got an email saying they were overwhelmed. They did not answer my phone call, did not return my phone call. I've emailed and am waiting to see if they reply to that. Have not received the product I ordered and don't know if it has been shipped and it has almost been 2 weeks.

I've been waiting for over 4 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!! and have still not received my order!!!!! I could Swim too China and been faster!!!!
