I ordered product from the purehealth website on April 27. I still have not revieved my order. When tracking my order on the website the status is simply "ordered" the number listed on the website does NOT work. I have emailed customer service seveal times with NO response. I don't know what my plan of action is at this point but I WILL get out the word to everyone I know (and I have alot of FB friends :)) how i was RIPPED OFF by Purehealth!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I was told my order would be shipped on Wed, May 9th and I would receive a tracking # in my email. I have received nothing. I placed this order on April 29th and today is May 15th.

Buying the products avalilable on line is Being so frustrated to wait for a period of 3 weeks and still not deliver is really a Deplorable handle and shipping I will not Recommend this site ever again to any one.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and have received nothing. But what's worse is that there is no way to contact these people. Their phone doesn't answer (message: "this mailbox is full"), no response to email, and their online tracking tool doesn't recognize their invoice numbers or confirmation numbers as valid. Since I can't get my stuff, I now have to go through the fun of getting my charges reversed. What a waste of time.

I am so disappointed that I still have not received my order even though it's already been paid for via PayPal. I realise that this item was out of stock due to popular demand because it was endorsed by Dr. Oz on his show, and could understand the delay. However, what is totally unacceptable is that I was (a) not informed of this until I e-mailed asking where my purchase was, then informed that it would be received 12-14 working days from date of purchase.(b) Still no purchase received and also no reply to my second e-mail. I would appreciate a response to this rating.

I never received my order and I couldn't reach anyone via phone nor via email! What a joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS IOKE OF A BUSINESS!
