Horrible service, I ordered over two weeks ago and did not receive my package yet
I ordered from your company over two weeks ago and have not received my merchandise yet. I ordered the green coffee extract pills and they are not here yet. No explanation. Sherri Dombroski

Still have NOT received my order
im very disappointed that it is 2 weeks plus and I have no received my order. I have tried calling and either get no answer or the call is dropped! I am on the verge of calling the credit card company for I fear I was scammed!

Disappointed
I never received my order, yet I have an invoice. So I emailed Pure Health inquiring about receipt of the order. They said they had no record of the invoice number. I am waiting to see if I was billed on my credit card...

DO NOT ORDER
Odered on April 29 received cover letter about being out do to too many orders. Can't get ahold of anyone they won't return emails they take your money and then fail to contact you or answer emails. Phone no is a joke mail box is always full. Scam all the way. want my money back ,but unable to contact.

you order and you have no way to reach them and they don't send your stuff. This is a scam. Do NOT order from these people

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/SERVICE EVER
I placed my order on April 29; it's May 15 and I have been asking for the tracking number or the shipment date but I have not received any feedback. I called the customer service line and the mailbox is full. Even if the mailbox isn't full, leaving a voice mail for a business is unacceptable. I made the purchase through PayPal and I am ready to tell them to reimbursed me for the inconvenience and have them think twice about doing business with PureHealth. I am better off going on to Amazon.com and placing a new order at this point.
