I placed my order on April 28. I have yet to receive my order or hear from the company regarding the status of same. It's hard to rate a product when you can't even get it.

We're wondering if this business isn't a rip-off, we placed the order 3 weeks ago and have still not recieved our merchandise. We called and all we get is an answering machine, and never a call back. If we don't recieve our order in the next few days we will be contacting our credit card company and paypal to refund our money. BAD SERVICE!

I ordered my product 3 weeks ago and it has still not shipped.

I ordered the product on May 5th, I have not received the item or received a email and When I try to call the number on the email the number rings out And then no know answers.

I ordered something almost 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing from you, item hasn't shipped and there is no telling when it will. Serious doubts that you are a real company...sad :(

Still waiting for my order.

As of May 15, I have not received my order. Was it sent? If so, how was it sent?

I hope the product is good, but I ordered my product on 4/26 and still have not recieved it by 5/15.
