I ordered on the day of the Dr. Oz show. I still have received nothing. When I called the number on the website there is no answer and the voicemail is full. I hope this isn't a scam.

I have not recieved my products!!

Not sure what to think because I'm still waiting for my product to come in. You took the money, now I just need my stuff.

It has been two weeks now and still have NOT received my order. I called, but get a message the "mailbox is full"; I checked the status of my order with confirmation #... shipping date is blank... shipping status is blank. I'm not very happy.

To this day I have been waiting for any type of response I ordered two bottles of the Green Coffee Bean & The Raspberry Ketones... They were not hesitant about taking my money.... That sure was quick fast & in a hurry! I have e-mailed & called and no response. The only thing that I received was a template generated reply that they received my order. I never received.... 1. Shipping info., 2. Delivery Info. Not even a sorry we ran out or whatever..... They just left me hanging.. I am so pissed because I was hoping that I could use them before my trip on June 6, 2012 I wanted to try it out before then.... Who knows when or even IF I'll receive anything... I AM Desperately hoping this site is not a huge SCAM.... and hopefully soon my order will come. EXTREMELY MAD & FRUSTRATED!

Unfortunately, I never received my order, no follow up - just left in the dark. It's ironic that they are now asking for a rating. A rating to on what? How fast my money was taken? Well, then that would get 5 stars.

I am not happy with the service the company supplies to its customers. I would think I would have recieved an email stating when I might be recieving my package but I have not so I am in limbo. On line it said the item was in stock and It didnt say how many days it would take to ship or anything. a little info would be nice.

I ordered my product on May 2, 2012 and my account was deducted $15.99 on May 3, 2012. I still do not have the product as of May 15, 2012.
