Hi Suzanne, Thank you very much for your review of Pure Health. I was very sorry to hear that the 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract was not working as you expected. Our research has shown that 90-95% of people who take the supplement are losing weight while on the regimen. With any product of this type, there is a small population (10-15%) of people who the supplement may not be as effective for. In situations like these we would also recommend that you try the Coffee Bean regiment in conjunction with the Red Raspberry Ketone supplement. The Red Raspberry Ketone is a natural way to boost your metabolism. Many of our customers have found that taking these capsules together increase their effectiveness. I would also recommend that you try our Pure Saffron. It is a natural appetite suppressant and induces the psychological feeling of being full. Both of these supplements are wonderful in aiding the weight loss power of the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract. For more information about how other amazing products please visit our website at www.purehealth100.com. Sincerely, Brent

Hi Anne, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. I was very glad to read that you received your package quickly. We really work hard to get our shipping and customers service departments first rate. As for the effectiveness of the supplemet, the normal time frame when people can expect to start seeing weight loss is about two weeeks. We always advise people to not expect any results until after that time. I think that if you just continue with the regimen that you will be very pleased with the results. You can also boost you weight loss by adding our Red Raspberry Ketone to the regimen. Thanks again for your order! Sincerly, Brent

Hi Kathlee, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. I am very sorry your second bottle was not up to the same quality of the first. What I am going to do is mail you out another bottle today. You should have it by the later half of next week. I am very sorry you got a bottle that was not full. Sometimes there are mistakes in the filling process of the bottles. But the capsules should not be defective in any way. They don't dry out or rot. They have a shelf life of over two years. Thank you again for your order! Sincerly, Brent

Hi Connie, Thank you very much for your recent purchase from Pure Health. I was very sorry to hear that you have not lost any weight. The product does take some time to get into your system and start burning fat. The individuals featured on the Dr. Oz program were taking it for 22 weeks, and it took them some time to start seeing results. I say just to stick with it. We normally say that you can expect to see some weight loss after about two weeks if you are taking the correct dosage. But sometimes it takes a little longer, everyone is different. Thanks again for the order. Sincerly, Brent

Hi Barb, Thank you very much for your recent review. I just wanted to say that all our orders take 24-48 to get processed and then they normally take 3-7 business days getting delivered. We send everything USPS and they normally take about a week getting packages delivered. Thanks again for the review and your order. Sincerly, Brent

Hi Vangie, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. I was sorry to read about your experience with us. We were back logged with orders in May after Dr. Oz talked about us on his television program. That was the reason for the delay. We have gotten everything back to normal and there should be no more issues with shipping on our end. I did some checking for your package and it looks like it arrived at your local Post office July 12th. It has not moved since then. If you contact your Post Office with the tracking number we emailed you, you should be able to get the package. I am very sorry there was this problem with your second order. I am not sure why USPS has no delivered the package. If you would like to contact me directly, you can reach me by email at [email protected] But I am sure if you speak with them. You can get the package. Sincerly, Brent
