You said delivery would be 7 to 10 days it's been 3 weeks. You charged my visa account for something I did'nt recieve. All I got when I called you was your message that you can't recieve anymore calls because your book is full I guess I'm not the only one you stuck it to. Well I guess you have ALOT of unhappy custermers out there. You should make this better as soon as possible. And if you don't have it in stock SAY SO. It's my FIRST time doing buisness with you please make it right or it'll be my LAST and EVERYBODY I know.

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my package. The website states that you can track your order, but nothing populates under order status. If I would have known this would have taken so long, I most definitely would have rethinked ordering from PureHealth.

I can't really review the product because I haven't received it yet. It's been 3 weeks.

ordered from this site and did not receive order. Tried calling numerous times and I get a voice mail box that is FULL

I HAVE MADE AN ORDER ON APRIL 26,2012...AND AS OF TODAY I HAVE NO PRODUCT..I HAVE WRITTEN 2 EMAILS AND HAVE GOTTEN NO REPLIES...AND OF COURSE THE PHONE NEVER GETS ANSWERED..THIS COMPANY HAS STOLEN MY MONEY AND REFUSES TO CORRESPOND WITH ME TO GIVE ME THE PRODUCT OR MY MONEY BACK...USING PAY PAL THEY TOOK MY MONEY THE FIRST DAY AND PAID THE COMPANY..BUT ALL WE GET IS THE RUN AROUND THAT THE PRODUCT IS ON BACK ORDER BECAUSE IF THE DR OZ SHOW..THIS NOT ACCEPTABLE..I WANT MY MONEY BACK ..I WILL FIND A COMPANY THAT HAS A GOOD REPUTATION AND WILL NOT SCREW OVER THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! FOR EVERYONE THAT IS READING THIS --DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY-- TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW..I AM CONTACTING THE LOCAL NEWS STATION AT THE END OF THE WEEK AND THE BBB..THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO THIS ANY MORE~~

Order(s) are placed.....Confirmation of payment is received......weeks go by and The CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE NUMBER GIVES YOU A MESSAGE THAT "THE MAILBOX IS FULL" UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE!!!!! NEED TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE'S BETTER BUSINESS OR CONTACT A NEWS OUTLET TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS!

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDERS PLACED OVER A MONTH AGO, WHEN I WROTE A LETTER TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONCERNING THIS ORDER, I NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY

Your company charged my credit card the day after I placed the order but I haven't received it. Two weeks is too long to ship one order.
