I never recieved my order. I placed my order on 5/4/2012. I paid for it the same day. I never recieved it. I called the 888 number and got a message saying that the mailbox was full.

i recently purchase two items and have been charged for the items thru pay-pal, a number of days after i submitted my order. I received a confirmation from Pure Health with information regarding the shipping of these items (i.e, expected delivery OR the shipping/tracking information.) I submitted an email to Pure Health yesterday regarding the on-line survey with the intention of giving them a heads up about the lack of information on my order. I HAVE Still NOT heard from anyone with information regarding my order. I really want the products ordered, but it seems they leave me no choice but to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. This definitely casts a shadow of doubt on their actual products.

Where is my stuff. Your phone mailbox is full, so I can't even call you. My order was accepted on May 4, it is now May 17. I'd like to have the items I purchased.

You go on their site...they give you a phone number for customer service and say they will call you back....never hear from them. Also their message machine always says full....I wonder why. I placed an order April 27th. and just received my order after 3 weeks with no contact. I was beginning to think I was scammed , if they were overloaded I can understand but to not answer their phone or return customer calls is unforgiving and a terrible way to treat customers.

I ordered the green coffee extract on April 25th and today is may 17th and I've yet to receive my product!! The money was debited from my account same day as purchase and I was given a confirmation number for my order so I can track it bit I can't track it!! I'm very unhappy with this! Don't buy anything from this site!! It's all a scam!!

I ordered the pills on the 3rd; only one email stating "busy" with orders. I did notice the company has displays up in retail markets! What about your mailorder customers? My mistake was paying up front!
