Although I made an order three weeks ago, I SITLL have not heard from the company or received the order. VERY disappointed in the company.

I haven't received my order and I haven't heard a word in reply to my email stating that it has not been received.

I ordered my product on 4-28-12 and still have not received it. When I call the customer service line it tells me the mailbox is full and no one ever answers. I have emailed the company and have never received a response. I would never do business with this company again. I am out $63.00 with no product and no way to get a hold of the company. I think it is a giant scam!

I ORDER THE PURE COFFEE BEAN EXTRACT AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT YET. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE APRIL 27,2012. I HAVE CALL THE 1888-323-9355 ALL I GET IS MAIL BOX IS FULL I ALSO SEND A EMAIL. AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDE BACK. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN IT HAS BEEN A BAD EXPERIENCE

I put my order in and other than this survey, I have had no contact whatsoever. Nobody has contacted me to let me know if the product is in stock, is being shipped, or if it's on backorder. Nobody was rude because I haven't spoken to anybody. I would appreciate it if my order could be expedited as speedily as possible. I doubt whether I will use this service again.

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to get my product that i order and still have not yet recieved it.

I placed an order on April 27, 2012 (PayPal) so the money was immediately taken. As of today May 17, 2012 I have not received the merchandise or any reponse to previous emails and phones calls go unanswered. I filed a dispute though PayPal and have reported them to the BBB. A simple back ordered email with an expected ship date would have satisfied many people.

I ordered 2 bottles of the green coffee bean extract on 5/3/12. I waited until 5/17/12 and checked on my order. The so called "Customer Service" link came back saying there was no record of my confermation #. I emailed, and have gotten NO response. I have called and got a mailbox is full, we have filled orders from 5/27(?) and a "all curcits are busy". I will order from someone else and let Dr Oz know this appears to be scam.
