I received the product in a decent amount of time, though the process, in whole, took longer than shipping elsewhere. Customer service is friendly and co-operative though.

Ordering and talking to personnel was great, the problem I had was being advised by e-mail that my order had shipped when it hadn't. Advised e-mails are automatically generated by computer when an order is received. Never could track my order on line as instructed to. First experience with Pure Health and will probably try them again.
