It can take sometime for certain people to start seeing results from the supplements.The people featured on the Dr. Oz program were on the supplements for 22 weeks, and lost their weight over that period of time. We always recommend that you give it about 2 weeks before you can expect weight loss. But there are things you can do to speed up the process. The Green Coffee Bean Extract does require a pretty strict regimen. That is two capsules with breakfast and two with lunch. Thirty minutes before your meal with a large glass of water. I'm sure you bought the coffee bean for its help with weight management. To get the best results you really need to stick to the recommended dose.
