UPS transports the package to your local post office and then they are responsible for its delivery. You can track the package at both usp.com and usps.com. Hi Sandy, I was sorry to read your review that you are not happy with the results on the 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract. For some people it can also just take a little while to get started. Hi Judy, I was very sorry to read about your experience with Pure Health. First let me explain the delay with your package. It normally takes us about 14 business days to get your package to Canada. After the dr. Oz program about green coffee bean aired, we were backed up for about 9 business days. That delay on top of the normal 14 business days was what took us so long to get your package to you. I just checked on it and according to your USPS tracking number (LN336363977US) the package is still enroute to you. Hi Sandy, Thank you very much for your recent purchase from Pure Health. Let me say how sorry I am that there was a shipping delay with your order. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. We had to email you a tracking notification before your package was actually shipped beccause our operations is set up to ship the next day after an order is placed, but when we got so many orders we had to print and email tracking numbers. And then pack-up order later. Whoever you spoke with was looking at the date your shipping label was printed and told you that by mistake. I am very sorry again about this confusion. Hi Bill, I was very sorry to read your recent review of Pure Health. We always advise people to give the supplement at least 2 weeks to be effective. For a few people they can put on some water weight at first, but this comes off. You just have to stick the the regimen religously. And the reason we can not provide a money back guarantee is because there are many factors outside of our control that can effect the success of the supplement. Someone who has a very high daily caloric intake of food like sodas and fast food may be putting on more weight than they are losing with the supplement and canceling it out. Hi Estella, I just read your review of Pure Health, I am very sorry your were not happy with your results on the Green Cofffe Bean Extract. A very small amount of people will put on water weight when they first start taking the supplement. This weight will will come off after a few days and you should be all set to go.
