4/27/12 I ordered the "Pure Green Coffee bean extract, I do understand the overflow from the Dr. Oz show, a week later I checked on the order and was told it would be about ten days because of the abundance of orders, I check the order status once a week, no info, 5/14 still no ship date, I also realized I gave the wrong zip code, I called several times a day to report this, and get a recorded message, I've left messages and replied by email, 5/17 and still no contact from them,

I ordered green coffee beans on April 27, 2012 and I have yet to receive my order. I have tried to call but I can't get through. It seems as though they have their phone blocked so they don't take any more calls or messages.

It's been 15 days since ordering & I still haven't received my package & from what I can see, it hasn't even been shipped yet....received an email to inform me that the delay is due to a Dr. Oz segment on green coffee bean, & if that's the case, then they should at least send the other stuff I ordered & then send the green coffee bean when they restock or just refund it......I think I'll be looking for somewhere else to order if I decide to continue with these products.

I order a simple order of Green Coffee Extract from them over a month and a half ago and I still have not received the purchase or a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT FORWARD THE PRODUCTS, THEN SEND YOU CONSTANT SPAM TO RATE THEM! THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!

I like many other people ordered the green coffee bean pills from this company. I ordered on 4-28-12 I received an email on 5-05-12 saying that they would notify me with updates on my order and shipping and tracking infomation. Today's date is 5-17-12. I have tried the phone which gives you a recording saying the mailbox is full and I have emailed all for not! This company needs to keep their customers informed of the progress of orders. This is the worst shopping experience ever! My first and last time to order from this comany!

I ordered my supplements on April 29th and have yet to receive my purchase. This is outrageous and ubsurd.
