I ORDER THREE BOTTLES OF GREEN COFFEE BEANS ABOUT THREE OR FOUR WEEKS AGO, AND HAVE RECEIVED, NO TYPE OF INFORMATION REFERENCE SHIPPING OR MY ORDER

I don't know how to rate you because I have not received my order and it has been since May 4th and no word on it.

I placed an order on 4.27.12, i have not received the product. I have left numerous messages (when i can get a message to come on, otherwise the phone rings and rings. TERRIBLE...TERRIBLE......TERRIBLE.

I placed my order April 28th (today is May17th) and I have not recieved it or recieved an email indicating that it was shipped. I called the company three times and an answering machine says they are too busy to take my call. I emailed them four times for an update and they dont return my emails either. WTF!!! DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF !!! THEY CLEARLY ARE SCAMMING THIER CUSTOMERS, NOW I HAVE TO CONTACT PAYPAL AND REPORT THEM BEFORE THE "45 DAY TO MAKE A CLAIM" EXPIRES!!!

I have not received this order, which was placed on 5/3/12 and billed to my credit card. No updates on whether my order was backordered, ow when it will be shipped!

After trying to get in touch with this company after placing an order and not seeing it..I feel very frustrated. I did speak with a very nice lady( over a week ago) she could not find order and assured me it was probably aready shipped and that she would check and get back with me...okay...so i got nothing..also, 888 number has had a recording on it for the past 5 days that the mail box was full...so i think they should hire some people. Especially those with good customer service skills!

Placed an order 4 weeks ago, and still haven't received anything or get any feedback! Bad first impression!! Will not order anything again.

Ordered on April 29 and not one reply to emails or a notice of shipment. I would like to cancel my order, but can't get someone to respond.
