I ordered on5/6/12 have not gotten my order yet this is 5/18/12

I ordered from pure health and after finding the same product a week later (cheaper) I called and cancelled my order. I recieved 3 email cancellation notices! Then the money ended up being taken out of my account 3 weeks later!!!! I tried to call the number provided (as well as sent emails-and to no avail) No one answered the phones and it said the voicemail box was full and would transfer me to another line. After being transferred and told the mailboxes were full over 10 times I hung up. I tried on 3 different occassions to call this number and recieved the same response every time! I even emailed with my phone number for some one to call me and have never recieved a call back. They recieved my money and I never recieved the product! SCAM!!!!!!!

I still have not received my order, nor can i get thru to this company on the phone. Yet, my credit card has been charged and payment to pure health completed. Not a company i will ever do business with again. they said 3-4 days for my order to be shipped, it has been over three weeks and not a word. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

I Placed my order about 2 wks ago and have been trying to see what is the statues of it. I have sendt 5 emails and tried calling their 888# but the voicemail is full and no one answers and have not received any email response either. I did pay with paypal and obviously its been charge so they have MY money and I have no product or even a hope of ever getting it or knowing if i ever will. Terrible company to deal with I understand is a small company and they are overwhelmed but even a small company should try and put a general message for their customers so they know that the orders are behind NOT HAPPY AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

I ordered something from this company almost a month ago and haven't received it yet. All I received was an email stating that the product was in high demand in that they were working to get the shipments out. Still no product. Haven't heard anything else from them... No email or anything. I will not be ordering with this company in the future.

Considering I placed my order on May 2 and today is the 18 and I still haven't received my order I started to wonder I know they are behind but this is getting Ridiculous! I called the the number and NO ANSWER REally!!!! Now I just want to cancel my order and can't get ahold of anyone!

Big scam! Never again. Whole foods is going to carry it
