Wish I would have read the reviews before!
I ordered the product three weeks ago and have yet to recieve it. If you call the number provided...the box is full. If I go to the website..it does not work. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered the product. I know there was a big demand due to the Dr Oz show but they should have hired more help ....

Poor service
After my poor review, their response indicated the merchandise was shipped. My shipping information showed a ship date of 4/3 but I have never received. Also, got a phone call I missed and of course, when trying to call back...their lines are messed up. Still no resolve on order, it has not been received to date, but my card was sure charged. To say the least, I will never order from the company again, even if this does get resolved. I would at least like the credit card charges reversed.

No products ever received
It's been 3 weeks since I have ordered and have not received my products yet. I have tried to call customer service several times and it has gone straight to "voice mailbox full". I have also emailed twice with no response.

Got an email May 8th, saying thank you for your recent purchase
I still haven't recieved my order and when I try to track my order it says sorry we don't have that cofirmation # in our system yet you took my money and I even recieved an email May 8th! What up?

Starting to this this company is a scam
It's been over 2 weeks since I place my order an it has not shipped yet. I have tried calling and just get a busy signal. My friend ordered from Amazon 3 dys after I did and she's getting hers in 3 days. This company just keeps sending me emails saying how busy they are and I'm thinking they're just buying time so I'll get tired of waiting and not try to get my money back. I'm out $75 and tehy better come through!

We have received thousands of emails and calls daily and we are very overwhelmed by the amount of contact we have had since Dr. Oz promoted the Green Coffee Bean Extract and even with 20 people answering the phones, we cannot get each call! please email me at [email protected] and I can answer any questions you may have. My order has not been received
I placed an order 5-4-2012, as of 5-18, this order has not been received. I have emailed this company, with no response back. I left a voice message, with no response back. Something tells me I will play heck trying to get a refund at this point.

Poor service
The service is horrible. I placed my order on April 27, 2012 and I still have not recieved my products yet. Every time I call customer service they change the shipping expected times. First it was 3-5 days then it was 14 days and then 21 days. I understand its popular but this is ridiculous.
