I ordered my product, like many of you, after the Dr. Oz show. I was getting worried that I had been scammed and contacted customer service via email. I received an email response within 3 hours. I understand the demand and will rest assured tha my product will come. Please everyone read Dr. Lindsay's response on here and trust him!

I put in my order on April 27th and still haven't received it. I emailed them and did get this email from them: Your order will be shipped out within 2 weeks of your order date, once shipped you will receive tracking information in your email. We are completely inundated due to the Dr Oz Show and are doing the absolute best we can to get all these orders shipped out. Our phone lines are constantly rolling over and are being flooded, as well as our email, if you have not received a response to an inquiry that is why. We are doing the best to communicate with our customers but we are a fairly small company and were not prepared for this volume of orders. Rest assured your order will get to you and your questions will be answered. Please bear with us!!  So I can understand they are overwhelmed and I will be patient. I gave a 5 star because they did answer my email which I appreciated very much.

I am sorry for all of you who haven't received your orders yet. The same has happened to me when I've gone after a show and tried to find something locally. That's why I tried on-line this time. I think Dr. Duncan speaks honestly about the warehouse madness. I did order mine as they were discussing it on the Dr. Oz show, so I guess I just got lucky. The I received it within 5 days and have taken two 400 mg. capsules/day for 2 days now and it seems to actually help reduce my appetite and cravings for sweets (which are wicked!). I've lost 1 lb. so far! Hang in there, try to be patient, it will be worth it!

Hello Pure Health fans, I heard that you were all a little concerned about your orders as I have been receiving lots of emails and calls inquiring about Pure Health. I guess I should apol...ogize, Pure Health is a small but hardworking company with a huge heart and very pure, all-natural products – but they were not prepared for the demand that follows a mention on ‘The Dr. Oz Show’. After I mentioned the product on the show, Pure Health and its team was inundated with hundreds of thousands of emails, calls, Facebook messages, voicemails – it was a wave of demand they were truly not expecting. But, I want you to know that I have called the company (it took me a few times to get through…) and they assured me that they have quadrupled their staff, they are working non-stop throughout the weekend, and they are reaching out to every single one of their customers just as soon as they can. They also assured me that they have plenty of product to fulfill every single order, it is simply an issue of an overwhelmed warehouse. Please be patient with Pure Health and its incredible staff that has been working around the clock for the past 8 days to serve their customers! The company is real and most importantly the products are pure and potent (I am now testing them with dozens of people and seeing incredible results). i ordered on the 27th of april and still havent recieved anything yet . there is no way to track the order if it is by mail or ups or fed x wish they had a better system i know they are probably overwelmed with orders since it was on dr ozs show so i do understand but it would be nice if there was a way to track order.. OMG u guys i have been reading all reviews they are overwelmed with orders paitiance is a verture . i haven recived mine either but im not wining about it either it does take time espically since the product was aired on national tv .wait and it will come TY for the confirmation of my order and that yall shipped it tyvm

Wow I can not believe all the reviews. I ordered and had my stuff in 2 days. I felt the website was easy to get around and the shipping was so fast. I will shop there again.

I ordered the green coffee bean extract capsules from this company because they were promised to be pure and additive free. I received a shipping update almost immediately, and my product within 3 days. This is amazing since it had just been the subject du jour on Dr. Oz!
