It's been 3 weeks, no product and no way to cancell my order.

Ordered 5/1/12. Received an email 5/5/12, stating they were backed up due to excessive orders, but that they could handle the additional orders they had received. Have not heard anything since then and it is 5/19/12.

I placed an order Apr 26th, got a confirmation that they received it, then never got the product. When I called 2 weeks later the receptionist said it would go out in 2 days. That was over 10 days ago. Still, no product. When I call, I get a recording and the voicemail is full.

Order process was Ok, got confirmation of order. then nothing. You look up status of shipment and it just shows you ordered. No communication when emailed about status. If this is back ordered then they should tell you so you can find product some where else. I will not order from them again.

Placed an order 20 days ago and still have not recieved my order. I have sent several email messages and tried to call the customer service number which states that their mail box is full!! Consumers do not order from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very unhappy with the lack of delivery and now I can't find the confirmation number to follow through on their web site!

Ordered Rasberry Actone 5-5-12 from Pure Health and have not recevied item as of today 5-18-12.Tried to call number on the web site and was unable to talk with anyone or leave a message due to voice mail full.So at this point they service is POOR.I have opened a complaint with paypal which is how I paid for the product. Hi, the pure health service is terrible! They do not answer emails or telephone calls and when calling all you get is no answer and mail box full. This means you can't even leave them a message. I ordered over $100.00 worth of product on 5/5/12 and have received nothing, other than a confirmation number stating they received my order and payment.
