I have not received my order from May 5th and have not been able to reach Pure Health by phone. I sent an email 5 days ago and have not yet received a reply. I paid $77.24 for 4 bottles of Green Coffee bean extract and they took my payment right away but have yet to receive product or confirmation.

I can't review because I didn't get my product yet!!!!!!!!!!

I have never written a bad review for anyone!!! But you have taken the cake with me! I placed my order back in April. I received confirmation email for the order and about a week later received another email explaing and apologizing ahead of time for any delay there would be in shipment of the order due to the overwhelming response for the product I ordered. Okay, fine.... Fast forward to today, after sending 2 emails requesting a clearer delivery date I have received NO RESPONSE.... So what happened to all the extra staff you claimed you were staffing with??? I would like a refund, Thanks

Ordered 5/6 - can't get an email response and the phone # message is "VOICE MAIL BOX IS FULL". I will now call the credit card company and get transaction removed from my card.

Horrible service, no answer on phones and no replies to emails. have confirmaiton number but no tracking number. Hopefully will answer my last email. They say the phones work but they do not.

It has been 3 weeks and I have not received my products.

I ordered on May 1 -this is May 19. Still have not received my order. There's been no contact from pure-health; voice box is full; therefore have initiated dispute claim and company still has not responded. I cannot recommend the company, Pure Health. jb

I still have not received the product I ordered and it's been over 2 weeks. And when I call I just get a recording; beginning to think this is not even a legitimate company. I will have to file for a refund with my credit card company to get my money back.
