I cannot belive that so many people come on here to complain they ordered product "WEEKS ago" when it was on Dr.Oz's show april 26th!!! You people should be ashamed of yourselves for lieing and giving this company a horrible name. They state it takes 3 to 10 BUSINESS days for shipping, maybe try READING! This is standard in most businesses that GIVE free shipping! They said they are bombarded with 5000% more orders than ever because of the show! You all act like spoiled brats and in return for not getting your order the "next day", you go and DEFAME a company that does not deserve it! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!

I placed an order Thursday afternoon and it was in my mailbox Monday afternoon. The product works just as described. The service was speedy! THANKS :) I will be a repeat customer.

I just want to defend this small company, I just placed my order for the Green Coffee Bean extract. While many are complaining that the orders are taking way too long I just want to give kudos to the company for doing their best. We are an instant gratification nation, unfortunately not everything worth having pops out like a Polaroid. This is a small company with a limited product line, kind of like a mom n pops store from back in the day. When the circus came to town, hopefully they had warning to be able to supply such an affair, I imagine the shelves would be empty if not and the towns people would go without. I know my weight isn't going anywhere atm, so I will patiently wait for this possible miracle in my life.

I never used this company before and I gave them my credit card # for an order, the emails that they have sent have keep me updated on the order was received, time period and email will be sent when order shipped with a tracking #.

I haven't received my product yet, but I really appreciated the letter explaning why it would be slow being shipped. I had a feeling this would happen, thanks to Dr. Oz. I also think it is great that you are hireing in order to give better service during this rush time. Keep up the good work.
