I made an order on 4/28/12. It is May 19th. I have not received my order. I have tried checking my shipping status on line using my confirmation # and there is no information. I sent and e-mail to the customer service on May 10Th I have not received any response.I have tried calling 1-888# and it says the mail bos is full. I want to know where my order is!! If I don't see my product within one week I will be contacting the Better Busness Bereaw. Shame on this company and the luck of professionalism.

I ordered on 5/1. My account was charged on 5/3. Today is 5/19; I still haven't received my order. I've emailed them; no response. I've called them; mailbox full. What can I say? I'm close to filing a dispute with Pay Pal.

No one ever answers the phone. The mailbox is always full. The bottle says 40mg not 400 mg as described. My package was delivered crushed and opened an ripped apart. They did not put "fragile" on the package. I was better off going to amazon.com. And did I say that there is never anyone to talk to?! No response to my emails. Just plain bad overall service. I'm pissed.

I appreciate the unexpected rush of orders from Dr Oz Show has caused problems but cant understand the lack of communication from this company. The telephone is never answered and now lines don't seem to be working. They don't answer peoples emails or even put a message on the website updating people . The last message that they put on Facebook is really outdated now. Honestly they seem more interested in grabbing as much money as they can than they are in good customer service. i like many others would never order form this company again- not because of the delay but because of the way they handle business.

Ordered the product almost a month ago. Payment was deducted out by PayPal but I never received the product or a shipment confirmation. Emailed and called the company never got a response back. Only thing left to say is they took my money and I never received my product. SCAM!!!!

I like the product; but I live one state away and it should not take this long to get my product. I found another place to buy similar product that is 5 minutes from me. I never even received an email stating my order has shipped. I'm sure the company got slammed with orders after the airing of Dr. Oz, but this is crazy. No customer service. I can not even get a hold of anyone by phone. When people are purchasing diet products....they want it ASAP.

i placed my order on April 29 and still haven't received so much as a shipping confirmation. i understand there's an overflow and everything but it has been almost a month. don't even waste your time calling or emailing because you will be ignored. i will never again order from here.

I will never order from this Company again. They don't ans, phone and I have E-MAILED twice with no response. Not a Company I want to BUY from again, Still waiting fpr my ORDER :(
