I order my product over two weeks ago and still havent recieved it yet and there has no notification we is suppose to arrive . Very disappointed.

POOR
It has been over a month, and I have not received my product, but you have received my money. I sent an email regarding status, and I have not even received a response. My next step will be to report to my credit card for a refund ans post a comment on the website. Absolutely horrible customer service!!

Ordered on 04/28, this is 05/20..no order sent?
In all my experiences in ordering online, I have never had an order take this long. If this company did not have the product, they should not have taken my money! There was one email about having plenty of product, but overwhelmed with orders. I have a very hard time believing they have the product available and to me, that is fraud...if you don't have the product, why would you put it on the web that you have it and then put out propaganda that you are just backlogged? Yes, I am upset...I was expecting to receive my order that I promptly paid for and that is not the case. I am beginning to wonder if I will ever receive my order or am I being ripped off? Is this the Great American Way in progress again? Take the money, but don't fulfill your end of the bargain??

Worst expierence online ever
it has been almost a month and still nothing. after my first complaint i received a form email stating they were overwhelmed. i was understanding.it has since been another 2 weeks and still nothing. This time when i contacted them i got no response at all.

Horrible
I ordered my product almost 1 month ago and I still have not received it. I called the customer service line but it only rings and rings without answer. I did get an email about a week and a half asking me to please be patient because of an increase in orders-but this is unaccecptable! I would warn all others to NOT ever order from this company. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and start the process with paypal to dispute payment of this order.
