I can't say that I experienced all the benefits I hoped for yet BUT my Doctors and I are shocked at the results Mangosteen has had on my blood pressure and heart rate. I have had a stint, then open heart surgery (4 way bypass) and my Cardiologist and Primary Doctor have been worrying about my blood pressure for 3 years, and had me trying different combinations and doses of meds. My pressure was averaging 150/110 +++ with a heart rate of at least a 110 beats per minute. As soon as I started drinking Mangosteen (1 hour) I noticed a dramatic difference. My blood pressure now averages 105/68 and my heart rate averages 65. Those numbers are what an Olympic Athlete has. I have COPD and my Doctors think that my pressure and heart rate was so high because of an inability to deliver oxygen to my cells. I take my BP twice daily and my family can tell you that I smile and shake my head in disbelief every time I see the results. I also have less problems breathing (still have some difficulty but not near as much). I am now telling anyone that has high blood pressure to try it and see if they get the same results I get. I have also bought juice from another company and Pure Health's delivery is far superior. ---------------------------------------------------------
